Can you believe it’s been 2 months since the doors to our new Ableworld Burton store opened? Wow hasn’t the summer just flown by!
Our brand-new store opened on the 18th July on 2 Union Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 1AA. And what an enjoyable roller-coaster it’s been since, from set-up to completion. In unification with the opening, we hosted a competition whereby one lucky customer would win a Sterling S700 Road Scooter worth £1849*. After many entries, store manager Andrea eagerly picked one winner at random to win the prize. And that lucky winner was Ms Miller who was over the moon to have won. We hope Ms Miller enjoys her new scooter and all the adventures she can now take on.

Ableworld Burton Draw Winner For Their New Store Opening Hamper

Newly relocated Ableworld Burton have been very busy over the past few weeks welcoming in new and old customers into their shiny new shop. Store Manager Andrea and her team are loving every minute of their newfound space and have certainly made the most of it, filling the shop from top to bottom with plenty mobility aids to help promote independence in the Burton community.
To thank all our lovely customers for sticking by us since our old shop opened in 2013, Andrea decided she wanted to give back in some way, as it’s because of our loyal customers that we are able to keep growing as a company. A whole 10 years of Ableworld Burton and what better way to commemorate the grand relocation than with a surprise hamper for one unsuspecting customer. Who doesn’t love a hamper?
Store Manager Andrea chose one of her customers at random and Mr Lester was the lucky winner, he was over the moon to have won. He recently purchased a Sterling S425 road scooter from Burton store and was already delighted to have regained his independence and be more mobile around town. So, it was the icing on the cake, to be drawn as our store opening competition winner too. Unfortunately, Mr Lester couldn’t make it on the day, so his son popped down to store to collect his prize. The hamper was filled with coffee, tea, assortments of chocolates, jam and cakes – Mr Lester's son couldn’t wait to give his father all his goodies.
We wanted to thank all our customers who came along to our Ableworld Burton relocation launch day on the 18th July, we had a fabulous day filled with cakes, balloons and brews galore and welcomed in lots of new and familiar faces who joined the celebrations too. Ableworld Burton has been welcoming customers through their doors since 2013, and so it with great pleasure to announce Ableworld Burton have officially moved to larger and more accessible premises – just 2 miles down the road from their old shop. The new store is located on 2 Union Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 1AA next to Alphabet Gift Shop and Magnet Kitchens. The new store boasts free parking, wider aisles, more friendly staff and a larger product range making it easier to shop. The new spacious layout allows for better navigation and accessibility throughout, ensuring our customers can explore our products comfortably and receive expert guidance from our knowledgeable staff. But best of all... Ableworld Burton is now open 7 days a week.
